Renee graduated from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, as an Holistic Wellness Practitioner receiving her Associate of Occupational Studies degree in Mind-Body Transformational Psychology specializing in Holistic Nutrition.  She is certified in Hypnotherapy, and has also received certificates in Life Coaching, Urban Farming and Conscious Living.  Renee has had her own holistic wellness practice specializing in nutrition, weight management, addiction, and habit change.  Most recently she has worked for two international supplement manufactures. Renee’s journey in the nutrition field began with her own struggle with weight and a myriad of health concerns that she was able to overcome through healthy eating and lifestyle change. When Renee is not serving others as a Nutritional Health Coaching at Natural Grocers she enjoys drawing, painting, hiking, camping and just soaking in the beauty that surrounds her in the mountains and deserts of our beautiful Southwest. ”
